NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CAPITOLA CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF CANNABIS RETAIL LICENSE APPLICATION FEE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Capitola on Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 420 Capitola Avenue, Capitola, California, to consider adopting a new cannabis retail license application fee. Data related to the basis for establishing the fee as required by Govt. Code � 66016 is available at the Office of the City Clerk, 420 Capitola Ave., Capitola, during regular business hours. Interested persons are invited to attend and be heard at the public hearing. Testimony may be presented in person or submitted in written form prior to the hearing and made a part of the hearing record.
